Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is decent for a budget-friendly stay, especially given the great location and clean rooms. However, the service leaves much to be desired with language barriers and inconsistent amenities. The food options were quite limited, and the pool often felt overcrowded. If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere, this might fit the bill, but prepare for some compromises.
My stay at this hotel was less than ideal. I was excited for a vacation, but the overcrowding really put a damper on my experience. The rooms were decent, but the moldy smell was a major issue. The dining options and pool area were often overcrowded, making it hard to enjoy my time. However, the service and some aspects of the location did shine through, which is why this isn't a complete loss.
My recent stay at Tesoro had both highs and lows. While the beach area and staff were highlights, the food quality and dining experience were disappointing. The location is fantastic with great access to local restaurants and shops, but the problems with the rooms and service overall made it less than ideal for the price we paid.
The hotel had some great highlights, like the attentive and friendly staff and a beautiful beach, which we enjoyed daily. However, the language barrier was a hurdle for us, as many staff members primarily spoke Spanish. The dining options were also hit or miss, with some meals being less than ideal. Overall, it offered decent value for what we paid, but there were definitely areas needing improvement.
